easy to undo progress

my fast ended when I was less than half a pound from the 430s.

It took about 4 days to go back over 450.

This morning, I was right at 460.

The weekend eating with family was okay, but not great. Barbecue and an ice cream cone on Saturday, meat/potatoes/homemade rolls and lemonade on Sunday, followed by frozen yogurt. I was home with neck issues yesterday, and ate much more on point. Today, not so much.

I’m planning another fast tomorrow, after lunch. I’d like a good run – at least five days. I’d love to go longer than 7, even if it takes bone broth or other Fung-friendly helpers.

My post-fast eating last week was terrible, and my body let me know it. The weekend wasn’t as bad. Today was more like last week. I look forward to the day when I’m not that tempted at all by junk food, and long before that to being able to bringing my days between fasts down to keep the progress bar moving downward.

I know I’ll get there.
